How much do your services cost?
Because each project is very different from the next, and we offer very personalized solutions, we don’t have a one-size-fits-all pricing scheme. However, our prices are pretty competitive so contact us for a free quote.
For image processing and video editing, the price will depend on the complexity of work required. We will charge either a fixed-price or an hourly rate.
For wedding videography, we charge a fixed-price for the filming of the wedding with optional extras.
How do you handle payments?
We accept card payments via PayPal and Internet Transfers or Direct Bank Deposits.
How long do your multimedia services take to complete?
We do our very best to get your work completed as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. Once we know exactly what you need done we’ll give you an ETA.
How do I get my content to you which needs to be edited?
We offer a few options which you can use to send your content, including: Dropbox, WeTransfer, and Google Drive.
What size documents do you work with?
We try our best to accommodate projects of all sizes and resolutions.
Photo Collages - how many photos can you fit on one collage?
The number of photographs will depend on the size of collage you choose (A0 – A5), the resolution of your photographs, and the style of collage you want (e.g. if you want your photographs to be laid out casually with overlapping we will be able to fit more on).
Do you film weddings outside of South Africa?
Unfortunately, our wedding videography services are currently only available in South Africa.
How can I secure my wedding videography booking?
Once we have received your wedding booking request and finalized the details via email, we’ll request a deposit in order to secure your booking.
